Steven Crowder delivers a hilarious rendition of Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit making jabs at the Leftist who want to control what we think. Despite how the original is perhaps the greatest incoherent song ever made, Crowder uses a plethora of references all mocking social-Marxism, from the names of French philosophers to the phrases of college leftists. Even the song choice to make this statement is genius.
People who love Nirvana can appreciate this parody, and people who hate Nirvana will laugh at their critique of Kurt Cobain’s whiny voice being used to sing about Marxism. Everything about Steven Crowder’s Smells Like Two-Spirit is masterful, even the quality of the production.
Steven Crowder has definitely found success being a “Conservative Weird Al”. His previous parodies include Calling Dr. Trump and Helter Stelter. Both were well made productions, indicating that Crowder sees these as worth putting more effort into. Eight more of those and Crowder could have an album coming out. This is Conservative content at its best. But my hype does not do it justice, and so I bid you watch for yourself. Steven Crowder’s Smells Like Two-Spirit is the parody our society needs, not the one it deserves.
