Mitt Romney displayed lack of class even before President Trump was elected

Mitt Romney displayed lack of class even before President Trump was elected

It’s humorous that two moderate Republicans are going at each other while pretending to carry the conservative mantle. I know there are plenty of Trump fans who think he’s a conservative, and on a handful of issues he is, but let’s face it. He’s a fiscal “fair trade” leftist, a big-government embracing progressive on many issues, and a big proponent of obtuse gun laws like Red Flag Laws and, of course, the bump stock ban.

But, at least he’s not Mitt Romney.

The new Senator in Utah went off on the President in an attempt to secure his place as the GOP candidate should Trump fall in the next year or so. But he has a long history going after the President. At a dinner, he reportedly noted even before the President was elected that he likes foreign wives.

It’s a quote that shows no class.

Proverbs 418 path of the just

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. – Proverbs 4:18 (KJV)

Exodus 208 the sabbath day

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. – Exodus 20:8 (KJV)

This is something that should not require a reminder since it happens every seven days, but the Lord knew it would become a challenge for His people. It did, and today the holy sabbath is not honored by the majority of people. Even those who go to church rarely do this simple commandment. We have found that when we remember and honor the sabbath, we are rejuvenated, fulfilled, and prepared for the week ahead.

Luke 5:31-32 – ‘sinners to repentance’

Luke 5:31-32 sinners to repentance

31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 5:31-32 (KJV)

This was such an important statement by Yeshua for us all to understand. The ancient Jewish leaders didn’t get it much in the same way that our leaders, both spiritual and secular, don’t get it. Yeshua brought salvation to the people who deserved it least as long as they would follow Him. Sinners were always going to be more thankful than those who believe they’re righteous.

We are all sinners, therefore Yeshua came for us all.
