When asked Friday on ABC’s “World News Tonight” whether he had spoken to the mayor of East Palestine since the disaster took place on Feb. 3, Biden said he “can’t recall.” “I can’t recall whether I’ve — I don’t think I’ve talked to the mayor. I’ve talked to everyone else there, multiple times,” Biden said. “So do you plan to travel [to East Palestine] and have you talked to the mayor?”
