UPDATE: Police say the gunman pulled up and opened fire. He reloaded two more times and kept firing at children and parents. There are at least 10 victims. Police say it appears to be a random attack. The gunman is believed to be contained in a nearby house.
DEVELOPING STORY: Multiple children and adults have been shot at a water park in a northern Detroit suburb. Police say a gunman opened fire at a splash pad park in Rochester Hills.
