Infowars host Owen Shroyer was sentenced to 60 days in prison for what was described as a violation of a previous agreement when he was near the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, but did not enter.
Shroyer, host of “The War Room,” was handed the sentence for allegedly violating a deferred prosecution agreement stemming from his protest of a Donald Trump impeachment hearing in 2019 .
According to NBC News , Shroyer signed the agreement that stated he could not use any “loud, threatening, or abusive language” or “engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.”
