House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) has claimed that the issue of men competing in women’s sports is one that “doesn’t really exist.”
On Thursday, Jeffries stood in solidarity with the rest of his party regarding efforts to ban male athletes from competing in female sports events.
Not one Democrat voted in favor of the GOP-led bill designed to protect women’s sports.
The Republican majority did pass the bill, however, as Slay News reported .Jeffries blasted the measure by falsely claiming that all “kind-hearted Americans” stand with him in supporting “transgender children.”The Democrat minority leader continued by claiming that “extreme MAGA Republicans” are attempting to amplify an issue that “doesn’t really exist.” WATCH: House Minority Leader Rep.
