Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan said Thursday that if former President Donald Trump is reelected in 2024, he needs to re-implement his border policies.
“We’re going to implement many of those same policies such as the signing of the cooperative agreements we had with all three Northern Triangle countries [and] the remain in Mexico program,” Morgan said on the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show. “We’re going to start rebuilding the wall system. “We’re going to increase interior enforcement. We’re going to start removing those that have had due process and remain in the country illegally.”
“I think what we’re going to do though, is we’re just going to apply that strategy on steroids,” he added.
