The only way that this would actually work is that they forced people to get the id implanted so they could not easily use other ids or something .I do not believe that even Australia people are ready to accept forced implants .but then they took a dangerous unnecessary injection when they were ordered to .Really hard to believe that they are so weak .They were mostly criminals forced into living there and stayed wild for generations .I used to think they were the only people that were actually tougher and rougher then Americans .
