Female patrons of YMCA locations in Ohio have shared their stories about being exposed to an adult man in the women’s change room, after the same man was cleared of wrongdoing when a judge agreed that the man was too fat for his genitals to be seen.
An Ohio man was charged in February 2023 for exposing himself to multiple women, in one instance with little girls present.
During the ruling , the presiding judge determined there was “no question” that 31-year-old Darren Glines “was in the women’s locker room,” but the judge also ultimately let the man walk without charges, in part because he was too obese for his genitals be seen by the women in the change room.
