John Colin Hacker , of Portland, Oregon, can be seen on video spraying a video journalist with silly string.
The incident occurred at Pioneer Square in downtown Portland on Friday evening during an anti-Israel direct action in support of Gaza, which was backed by Rose City Antifa.
