What sort of sentence does a conviction for second-degree forcible sex offence and indecent liberties with a child get you in North Carolina? 6-12 years and a ticket out of the country if you’re an illegal immigrant, as sexual deviant Ignacio Cortez Macedo demonstrated during his trial earlier this month.

Opinion
As usual, nearly all media coverage of this case waited until the very end of the story to quietly note the convicted child sex offender is an illegal immigrant. If conservatives wonder why it’s so difficult to get many leftists to even believe there’s a problem at the border, we need only look at how mainstream media handles these crimes.
For a 36-year-old-man to touch a 13-year-old on multiple occasions is absolutely sickening. But the depravity of the world is apparent all around us to the point that cases like these rarely shock people. They should. This is the time to make a stand and stop sex criminals, illegal immigrants, and those who are both from destroying this country. Macedo is a case-study in why this is the case.

“Macedo’s sentence comes amidst a vicious fight over border security in Washington, D.C., the result of which has been gridlock and continued open borders.” – Peter D’Abrosca
Final Thoughts
This is just another reason why I believe crimes committed by illegal immigrants should yield much longer sentences than the same crimes committed by American citizens.
