The polls were close. Beating an incumbent in Indiana isn’t easy. Despite these challenges, Republican Mike Braun beat Democrat Joe Donnelly to flip the Senate seat.
We asked the question of whether or not he could actually win in Indiana last week. Our answer was correct.
Mike Braun has been doing more than surging in the polls. He is bringing a message of hope to conservatives and right-leaning Independents in a state that should never have had Joe Donnelly (D-IN) as a Senator.
The good people of Indiana need to step up and put Mike Braun in the Senate. He has the right ideas and a unique perspective that brings hope to a country desperately needing it.
Donnelly ran on a platform of agreeing with the President despite party differences. However, he voted against confirming Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. In retrospect, Democrats will likely see this as a mistake, especially considering his no vote made no difference in the results of the confirmation.
Congratulations to Braun for running an issues-driven race that flipped a seat for the GOP.
