Ivanka Trump on launching the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneur Finance initiative
I’ll admit I’m torn on this one. This has the potential to be an incredible service to the world by helping to empower women with not only the opportunities they need but also the financial stability required to start a business. This is all good. On the other hand, it’s the World Bank. It’s also Ivanka Trump who, with her husband Jared Kushner, may be the most influential globalist voices in the White House.
We’ll take victories when we can get them, but at what cost will those one come?

“It’s more than important – it’s critical as we think about sustained, inclusive, global economic growth. Fully unleashing the power of women in our economy will create tremendous value but also bring much needed peace, stability, and prosperity to so many regions,” Trump said.
The bank announced in July it had raised $325 million from numerous countries, with $50 million coming from the U.S.
