Twenty Democrat governors announced the formation of a “bipartisan,” “moral” alliance Tuesday to work together to expand the killing of unborn babies in abortions throughout the U.S.
Although the Reproductive Freedom Alliance is being promoted as “non-partisan” and focused on all reproductive issues, the truth is only Democrat governors have joined it (and not even all of them) and the real focus is on abortion.
The Associated Press reports California Gov. Gavin Newsom spearheaded the effort to connect pro-abortion governors in response to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling Dobbs v. Jackson. The historic ruling overturned Roe v. Wade and began allowing Americans to pass laws that protect unborn babies from abortion again. Currently, 14 states strictly limit or ban abortions, and more are working to do so.
