Discern Report is the fastest growing America First news aggregator in the nation.
[This is the 3rd installment in a series on education. You may read Part 1 HERE and Part 2 HERE. Reading Part 2 would prove especially helpful in gaining a complete understanding of the scope of privacy encroachments underway. ***Note: While I originally intended to follow my November 4th article (and to continue this current series) with a detailed explanation of the technology being used in today’s classrooms, technology which is currently collecting your child’s biometric and psychometric data, a more pressing and urgent issue has arisen which must be attended to first and foremost.]
In my November 4th article, I discussed the bipartisan, legislative grenade lays patiently awaiting detonation in the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions: The College Transparency Act of 2017. The bill is among the latest pineapples brought forth by Republican turncoats and data-hungry Progressives, traitors to the citizenry, launched for the explicit purpose of demolishing the last barricade securing the privacy of every American, the last blockade between liberty and tyranny. It is with great sadness that I must now report that, since the publication of my article, America has been moved even closer to the precipice of becoming a police state.
On November 15, 2017, on a motion to suspend the rules – Congress passed H.R. 4174, the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2017, which now awaits passage by the Senate. [A comparison Senate bill (S. 2046) is currently alive and under consideration in the Senate’s Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.] As reported by NOQ Report’s David Leach and summarized by the American Principle’s Project, “The Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act (FEPA) (H.R. 4174), which would create a “unified evidence-building plan” for the entire federal government – in essence, a national database containing data from every federal agency on every citizen.” In other words, the Big Money and Big State utopian planners have cast a wider net that now not only entraps students from birth to death, but every single American citizen.
Presently, a statutory ban protects us from Big Brother’s tyranny. However, Bill Gates and his various “philanthropies,” specifically the Data Quality Campaign and the Workforce Data Quality Campaign, along with fellow utopian central planners and money-hungry characters have been engaged in decades-long efforts to work around this ban. Now, however, this unholy mixture of nephroids megalomaniacs have their sights directly upon liberty’s jugular: on November 15th, their coordinated lobbying efforts scored big. According to the Big Data national database infrastructure he has in mind The Gates Foundation’s 2016 Priorities, this big win is the just the kind avenue of which Gates and his globalist fellows have been dreaming.
Big Brother: 1
We the People: 0
Should the legislation pass both chambers of Congress, the federal government, the Big State, will be able to track you throughout your life via Big Data by compiling all information about you, from all departments of government (IRS, Department of Transportation, Department of Corrections, Education, Work force and employment, etc.), into one centralized mega-database. In effect, the Big State will create an individual dossier for every citizen from cradle to the grave. This big, motherload of personally identifiable information (PII) on you is one “Bad Mama Jamma.” YES! It can – and more likely, it will – hurt you, as Education News explains with brutal precision.
It won’t only be government agencies contributing information about you to be filed in your individual dossier, tech companies, cell service providers, internet providers, and so on, and so on, and so on, will also contribute your information to the Big State’s data clearinghouse. Still, it is worth examining which government agencies will now be considered the “owners” and “collectors,” and, thus, the lawful “distributors” of your PII to “stakeholders.” Seventeen government agencies are currently listed in the bill as seen below.

This MUST be stopped!
But won’t be easy…
Big Money, Big State, Big Utopians, Big Educrats, and Big Politicians are persistently resistant to the wishes of We the People, as Cheri Kiesecker, writing for Missouri Education Watchdog, recently learned. On November 12, 2017, three days before congress suspended the rules to push Big Brother through the house and into the Senate, she warned the public about this calamitous bill (H.R. 4174) and urged readers to contact Congress.
What happened?
OOOOH Boy!
She struck a nerve, eliciting a smug, condescending, and dismissive response from the GOP Majority Staff of the Congressional House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Thankfully for America, Ms. Kiesecker has far more moxxy, intestinal fortitude, principles, and courage than those who currently comprise our spineless Congress. Instead of backing down, Cheri Kiesecker doubled-down by publishing a response directly to Congress entitled, “Dear Congress, you are being duped. HR4174-S2046 is a Privacy Fail. Here’s why. (And please no more suspended rules and voice votes on these bills.)” Ms. Kiesecker’s response to Congress not only attacks their claims and the claims of the Big Money funders paying for Congress to betray every American citizen. Her response is also the most well-researched, well-documented, and thorough beat down on this Big Brother bill that I have found.
I implore you to read Cheri Kiesecker’s above linked article, and please, please, please, contact your Senator today! Let’s follow this brave woman’s example and remind our Congress and our Senate who works for who!
