While on a blind date with Daniel Trevino, a man she connected with on the dating app Plenty of Fish, Nika Nikoubin blindfolded Trevino and stabbed him in the neck with a kitchen knife while the two were having sex in a hotel room, according to police, 8 News Now reported .
