DOGE chief Elon Musk took to 𝕏 to briefly state the challenge America is having with activist judges attempting to subvert the Trump administration’s agenda, and thereby subvert the will of the people.

If ANY judge ANYWHERE can block
EVERY Presidential order EVERYWHERE,
we do NOT have democracy,
we have TYRANNY of the JUDICIARY.

While none of the cases have reached the conservative-leaning Supreme Court yet, most rulings have been against the administration. The handful of victories have been important but the overall cooling effect on President Donald Trump’s plans has made an impact. Taxpayer dollars that should be better used are still being wasted.

According to Grok:

Elon Musk’s post reflects ongoing tensions between the Trump administration and federal judiciary, highlighted by recent court blocks on Trump’s executive orders, such as those targeting diversity programs and Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, as reported by PBS and AP News.

The post aligns with a broader debate about nationwide injunctions, where federal judges issue rulings that halt executive actions nationwide, a practice criticized by some as judicial overreach, according to Wikipedia and legal scholars like Justice Clarence Thomas.

Musk’s statement echoes concerns raised by Vice President JD Vance and others, who argue that such judicial actions undermine democratic processes, amid a surge in such injunctions against Trump’s policies since 2017, fueling discussions on X and in legal circles.
