On Monday, Jon Caldara, who is the CEO of the Independence Institute, a libertarian think tank based in Denver, took human feces that he cleaned up outside his business and placed it on the steps of city hall.
“Here is – oh, my God – human feces that I’ve cleaned up,” Caldera told CBS4 . “This is a present from the homeless to the people who have kept this homeless problem going.”
