The school system in Clarksville, Tennessee encouraged its teachers to attend cultural competency class the other day. Staff learned that “white Christian” people are privileged while “people of color” are oppressed.
The workshop was supposed to promote diversity, equity and inclusion – which normally means excluding Christians, white people and heterosexuals.
