Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., said that he still believes that President Joe Biden can defeat former President Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election.
During an interview with The New Yorker, Sanders made it clear he wants Biden to stay in the race and said he could “win big.”
“I think he is the best candidate and I think if he runs a strong, effective campaign focused on the needs of the working class of this country, he will win big,” the Vermont senator said. “And I think there’s a chance he could win big.”
