Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s predicament is getting worse by the day.
A lawyer for the disgraced rap mogul, who is facing charges for sex trafficking, has said he can no longer continue as his legal representation.
Defense attorney Anthony Ricco has withdrawn as one of Diddy’s six defense attorneys, saying “under no circumstances” could he continue in the role.
“Although I have provided Sean Combs with the high level of legal representation expected by the court, under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs,” Ricco said in a statement to the court.
“There are sufficient reasons (related to the protections afforded by the attorney/client privilege) for brevity in my application for withdrawal as counsel in this case,” he continued. […]
