Oklahoma Republican State Rep. Justin Humphrey has reportedly called for state law enforcement to arrest the criminal ATF agents involved in an illegal raid of a kitchen-table gun dealer in June.
Humphrey recently filed a probable cause affidavit with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office regarding the agents who raided the home of Russel Fincher.
“I have contacted an ATF supervisor, Ashely Stephens, and ATF refuses to provide probable cause in this case, stating Fincher’s case is on ongoing investigation,” Humphrey said.
“I struggle with seeking charges against fellow police officers. However, it appears ATF is abusing their police powers and violating their oaths of office.
