This is Jorge Chacon-Gutierrez, a Venezuelan man who, according to a source in Homeland Security, crossed the southern border in November 2023.
Records showed Chacon-Gutierrez was apprehended by border authorities in Eagle Pass, Texas in November 2023 for being unlawfully present in the United States. He was given a notice to appear at a later date and he was released from federal custody without any conditions of bond or release, the records indicated.
