The “Willy’s Chocolate Experience” event, which charged $40 for entry, was described as “immersive” and “whimsical” and billed as a “journey filled with wondrous creations and enchanting surprises at every turn!”
The event’s website used wondrous AI-created images to advertise an “enchanted garden” filled with “giant sweets” and sculptures, an “imagination lab” displaying “optical marvels,” and a “twilight tunnel” adventure. However, upon arriving at the warehouse for the event, parents quickly realized the experience fell significantly short of the expectations set by the AI advertisements and reported the event to Scotland police.
