A Memphis pastor was shot in the parking lot of his church Sunday morning when he tried to stop thugs from stealing a Sunday school teacher’s car.
Memphis Police say the shooting happened at New Zionfield Baptist Church at 9:13 a.m.
Pastor Clemmie Livingston, Jr., 70, was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition, television station WREG reported.
