Memphis has reached a 17-year high with violent crime rates. And in 2022, it was considered the most dangerous city in the country by some measurements . Nearly 400 people fell victim to homicide, which is an insane jump from the less than 200 victims just several years ago.
In other words, there is a crime problem in Memphis. And because Democrats have their unique way of dealing with lawlessness, which is not dealing with crime, Memphis Mayor Paul Young has done just that.
