U.S. Marine Corps. veteran Daniel Perry has responded after being accused of killing crazed homeless man Jordan Neely on a New York City subway.
As Slay News reported , viral videos show Perry and other passengers were forced to restrain Neely due to his violent and threatening behavior.
30-year-old Neely was riding one of the city’s F trains when he started ranting and raving at other passengers.

“Accused of killing”? He did kill him, and it was all on video. The fact that the man had known mental issues does not give the choker the right to put a deadly choke hold on him and cut off his airway, taking his life. That means he killed him.
