House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) said that Republican district attorneys are looking for ways to prosecute President Biden and his family , in a statement to the New York Post on Saturday. Jordan added that one of his “Republican colleagues has indicated that he has had some local DAs approach him and say he’s trying to do that.”
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said on April 5th to Fox & Friends that two DA’s had called him, “one from a county attorney in Kentucky and one from a county attorney in Tennessee.” Comer added, “They were Republican, obviously, both states are heavily Republican. They want to know if there are ways they can go after the Bidens now.”
