The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission received a complaint on Wednesday from America First Legal, which expressed concerns over unlawful hiring and training practices.
America First Legal (AFL) said in its complaint letter ( pdf ) that there is evidence Kellogg’s is systematically engaging in unlawful employment practices. The company violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination over sex, race, and religion in employment practices.
