( NewsNation ) — Former Minnesota Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty told NewsNation’s “ Morning in America ” that he’s not overly concerned about the legal cases against former President Donald Trump.
“Well, the legal cases seem like they’re sort of imploding,” he said. “And so I’m not overly worried in terms of whether he’s going to be indicted or convicted by the election.” As GOP pounces on memory claims in report, Biden pushes back Pawlenty said it’s a foregone conclusion that Trump will be the GOP nominee for president unless something extraordinary happens. Barring that, he doesn’t believe former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley has much of a shot at the White House.
