Former President Jimmy Carter, who is set to turn 99 years old in a week after entering hospice in February, was spotted with his wife, former first lady Rosalynn Carter, attending the Peanut Festival in the former president’s hometown of Plains, Georgia.
A video surfaced online showing the Carters riding in an SUV in the festival’s parade Saturday.
