Several defendants involved in the events on January 6 have initiated a class-action lawsuit against Capitol Police officers for “millions of dollars in damages.”
Edward Jacob (Jake) Lang, who was arrested for involvement in the January 6 Capitol incident and refers to himself as a “political prisoner,” explained in an interview with Real America’s Voice the lawsuit.
Lang explained that the class-action lawsuit includes over 78 January 6 defendants and is seeking retribution for “millions of dollars in damages and injuries” that the Capitol Police allegedly caused the defendants.
“I got shot in the foot with a rubber bullet, other people were bludgeoned nearly to death, hit with chemical spray and had long-lasting lung effects and so… we are now serving 21 defendants… Capitol Police officers, Capitol Police officials,” Lang explained.Lang has been accused of swinging a bat at Capitol Police officers “multiple times.” He has been in prison since his arrest […]
