Wikileaks founder and current political prisoner Julian Assange is one of the most polarizing persons in the world. Some claim he’s an information terrorist and a danger to western nations, including the United States. Others see him as a persecuted hero who exposed the “wrong” governments and is now having to pay the price for telling the truth.
Wherever one stands on the Assange opinion spectrum, it’s undeniable that he has changed the world as well as the state of journalism. Unfortunately, his opening of the floodgates of whistleblowers and leakers has also forced countermeasures by most government. They have tightened information control and engaged in full-blown censorship, laughably in the name of “preserving freedom.”
Happy Birthday, Mr. Assange. Thank you, Kari Lake, for taking a bold position on this polarizing figure.

Actually true Democracy is a threat to a free republic.
Kari has a lot of guts to grift about Assange at the same time kissing ass on Trump , the President forcing Julian’s prosecution.
Julian’s actions had no effect whatsoever. If there was a result of Julian’s actions it was a chilling of journalism. Kari Lakes actions are quintessentially fundamental to civilization. If we elect our leaders we will make the world into Paradise. if we don’t elect our leaders our needs don’t matter and we better go back to work. If Julian assange quote unquote succeeds maybe we’ll know a little bit more about how they’re abusing us. If Kari Lake’s actions succeed with global free and fair elections the world will be a different place the beginning of civilization 2.0. Go Kari go!!!!!!
Todays journalists are cowards who dare not speak of a man who published an exposure of government corruption at a scale never seen in human history. They are still trying to destroy him after all this time. What we have learned about our treasonous corrupt government since then leads me to believe that our deep state(too many 3 letter agencies to list) is involved in every conflict on the planet. Some playing both sides against each other to rob us blind. They control the media and the corrupt elections. Look at France to see what is coming across our open borders. Ammo up!
