A popular Idaho saloon and restaurant is facing the wrath of the Alphabet Activists after the owner announced that June would be “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month.”
“Come join us all month to celebrate heterosexuals,” the Old State Saloon announced on Facebook, “for without them, none of us would be here! Each Monday will be Hetero Male Monday and any heterosexual male dressed like a heterosexual male will receive a free draft beer.”
Michael Deeds, a writer for the Idaho Statesman, blasted the saloon in a nasty hit piece. He said it was “extremist” and “the last bar on Earth I’d ever want to drink a pint.”
