U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika, a Trump appointee for the District of Delaware, ordered the hearing Wednesday hours after she received the case, ABC News reported .
First son Hunter Biden reached a deal on Tuesday to avoid prison time by pleading guilty to two tax charges and admitting to a firearms charge that may be dismissed. However, Noreika still has to sign off on the deal.
