Kamala Harris took off from Joint Base Andrews on Monday morning, heading straight to Detroit, Michigan, for a Labor Day campaign stop with union leaders.
The trip, part of the ongoing efforts by the Biden-Harris administration to rally support from the working class, was more about theatrics than substance.
The Biden-Harris regime’s reckless policies, particularly their obsession with an Electric Vehicle mandate and their open-door immigration policies, have dealt severe blows to unions across the country.
Union jobs are disappearing faster than the administration can pretend to care. Even Shawn Fain, the UAW boss, couldn’t hide the fact that most union members are throwing their support behind President Trump instead. It’s not hard to see why. The working class has been fed empty promises, while jobs vanish and livelihoods are threatened, as reported by the Gateway Pundit.
When Harris took the stage in Detroit, she put on quite the performance—complete with a cringeworthy urban accent that had the crowd raising eyebrows. “Ya betta thank a union memba for sick leave! You betta thank a union memba for paid leave! You betta thank a union memba for vacation time!” she shouted, in what can only be described as one of her most awkward attempts at pandering yet.
