Congressman Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., on Tuesday said that if first son Hunter Biden doesn’t show up for an upcoming hearing held by the Oversight Committee, he should be subpoenaed.
“I think if he doesn’t show tomorrow, we need to issue a subpoena [and] immediately give it to him, let him come back in publicly,” Biggs said on the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show. “And if he refuses, then I think we need to refer his case for prosecution.”
The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability is expected to hold a hearing on Wednesday titled “Influence Peddling: Examining Joe Biden’s Abuse of Public Office ” to examine President Biden’s alleged role in his family’s business deals that involved his son.
