Former federal prison guard Tova Noel, who “slept and browsed the internet” as she oversaw the cell of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on the night he died in prison in what was ruled to be a suicide, is now facing trouble at her new job after being accused of assaulting a female colleague at Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care in Westchester County, New York.
Mayda Roman, a 52-year-old co-worker of the 35-year-old Noel, brought a lawsuit over an assault, per court documents filed at the Westchester County Supreme Court on Friday, the Daily Mail reports.
