In this documentary, she highlights the stories of individuals who underwent various drug treatments and surgeries in an attempt to change their gender. Many of these individuals later realized the serious mistake they made and are now trying to return to their natural state.
The documentary also uncovers how teachers, using resource guides not necessarily included in the official curriculum, are working to dismantle traditional views of sex and relationships. Some methods are subtle, such as introducing homosexual couples into math problems, while others are more overt, pushing Critical Gender Theory or Queer Theory.
