The video, uploaded by the well-known social media account Libs of TikTok, shows Kort explaining that “some straight men are attracted to trans women who haven’t had bottom surgery.” Full bottom surgery, in the case of men, is the surgical removal of the penis and testes in combination with a vaginoplasty.
