President Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, will sit for a closed-door deposition just days before his nephew Hunter will testify in the president’s impeachment inquiry.
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer told the New York Sun that the committee’s lawyers have reached an agreement to have James Biden the subject of a private deposition prior the Hunter Biden coming in to testify on Feb. 28.
James’ deposition will be around Feb. 21, Comer told the outlet.“I think we’ve got a good series of people coming in,” he said. “There are a couple more people that we want to bring in, so we’ve been sending letters, requesting them to come in.
