A Portland Antifa group has claimed responsibility for torching a politician’s car on Jan. 12. In a blog post to its page, the Antifa group said it burned Portland City Commissioner Rene Gonzalez’s car as “an act of community self-defense and a form of mutual aid” and that their “only regret is not attacking the other two vehicles” belonging to the residence.
“This was accomplished with a fire starter, which can be found in the outdoors section of any big box store,” the blog post stated.
