The Democrats are still in a major meltdown trying to figure out how to deal with Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance. The problem for them? Though they might want to pitch it as a “one-off,” they have to keep putting Biden out there so long as he remains the candidate, and he’s going to continue to be incoherent and do embarrassing things.
