Former Trump Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon used his platform at the Turning Point Action ‘AmericaFest’ conference to call for the removal of Ronna Romney McDaniel as the head of the Republican National Committee (RNC). Bannon said McDaniel should be replaced by Donald Trump Jr.
Bannon also warned that the deep state’s plan is to trick Donald Trump into naming Nikki Haley as his Vice President. To choruses of boos, Bannon explained the plan for Haley to consolidate the “Never Trump” vote and entice the MAGA movement to unite with who he called “neocon and neoliberal Nikki.”
