Police union leaders across the west coast blame the ACLU for adding to the drastic increase in crime and joined forces to launch a website called ACLU Watch which holds the organization accountable for enabling criminals and disparaging victims.
According to the website , ACLU Watch is “…dedicated to fighting for victim’s rights, accountability for criminals, and exposing those that defend the indefensible.” Among those behind the website include the Seattle Police Officers Guild, the Las Vegas Police Protective Association, and multiple unions in California including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, and San Diego.
The president of Los Angeles Police Protective League told Fox News that society begins to collapse when lawlessness takes over and criminals aren’t held accountable for their actions.
“When society removes accountability for bad behavior, criminals get emboldened to commit more crimes, drug addicts thumb their noses at mandatory treatment and vandalism and petty theft turn into riotous looting and murder,” president Craig Lally said, blaming the ACLU for the rise in smash-and-grab robberies.
“One does not need to be clairvoyant to have predicted that in California the ACLU’s Proposition 47 would turn a family trip to the mall or a Home Depot into a dangerous gamble […]
They’re Trying to Shut Us Down
Over the last several months, I’ve lost count of how many times the powers-that-be have tried to shut us down. They’ve sent hackers at us, forcing us to take extreme measures on web security. They sent attorneys after us, but thankfully we’re not easily intimidated by baseless accusations or threats. They’ve even gone so far as to make physical threats. Those can actually be a bit worrisome but Remington has me covered.
For us to continue to deliver the truth that Americans need to read and hear, we ask you, our amazing audience, for financial assistance. We just launched a GiveSendGo page to help us pay the bills. It’s brand new so don’t be discouraged by the lack of donations there. It’s a funny reality that the fewer the donations that have been made, the less likely people are willing to donate to it. One would think this is counterintuitive, but sometimes people are skeptical because they think that perhaps there’s a reason others haven’t been donating. In our situation, we’re just getting started so please don’t be shy if you have the means to help.
Thank you and God bless!
