When Jeffrey Younger lost his jury trial in an effort to stop his 7-year-old son, James, from being chemically castrated at the request of his mother, conservatives across the nation rose up to speak out against this heinous act of blatant child abuse. Support for the father and son grew as reports emerged that James’s alleged transgender tendencies were prompted by his mother when he was as young as 4-years-old.
James Younger is a seven year old boy being forced by his lunatic mother and a tyrannical court to “transition” into a girl. There is no trending hashtag about this horrific case. There should be. Let’s get it going: #ProtectJamesYounger

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has now gotten the state involved. He Tweeted today that the state’s Attorney General’s office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services will be taking up the matter. It’s being “looked into.”
FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. #JamesYounger

Parental rights are always a contentious topic when parents disagree on medical issues for their children. This particular issue has an added dimension of being of a psychological and transgender nature. It’s clear the father should have rights to protect his son, but a strong majority of the jury in the trial saw it differently.
It’s interesting that both the AG and FPS are getting involved. Having Family and Protective Services look into it is all about the welfare of the child, which makes perfect sense as the obvious move. But getting the AG’s office involved means they’re seeing if there’s a criminal element to the case. Does Abbott know something we don’t?
The judge in the case has postponed a decision on the matter.
BREAKING: Judge delays ruling on 7-year-old’s gender ‘transition’ until tomorrow
DALLAS, Texas, October 23, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – The judge’s ruling on the case of Jeffrey Younger, the father trying to save his seven-year-old son, James, from being “transitioned” into a girl, has been delayed until tomorrow.
On Monday, Judge Kim Cooks told the courtroom that she would read her ruling Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The case was listed on today’s court schedule.
Judge Cooks’ ruling will outline the specifics of possession, child support, and the requests of Dr. Anne Georgulas, James’ mother. Dr. Georgulas and Mr. Younger have been in a complicated custody dispute over their twins, James and Jude. Dr. Georgulas has been telling James he’s a girl since he was three. She enrolled him in kindergarten as a girl named “Luna.” He uses the girls’ restroom and all of this classmates believe he is a girl.
This is a wonderful first step by Governor Abbott, but the battle isn’t over yet and time is of the essence. James Younger’s future is in jeopardy as the LGBTQ agenda threatens to change his life forever.
