Former FBI Director James Comey broke the rules. This much is clear despite yesterday’s news that the Inspector General’s report does not recommend criminal charges. He may not be going to jail, but he definitely did wrong by the President and the American people. Moreover, he hurt his own cause by forcing an investigation that yielded no fruit for the Democrats.
Comey isn’t remorseful. He’s actually demanding apologies. Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) says it’s Comey who should be apologizing… to the American people.
DOJ IG "found no evidence that Comey or his attorneys released any of the classified information contained in any of the memos to members of the media." I don’t need a public apology from those who defamed me, but a quick message with a “sorry we lied about you” would be nice.

It’s unclear what James Comey thinks he has in his future. He’s a peculiar man who posts strange images to social media and seems detached from reality half the time. The other half of the time, he’s either lying or feeling smug about it all.
