Black anti-law-enforcement group to hold Free Maurice Hill rally in Philadelphia

Black Community Control of Police, a militant group that fights for the rights of African-Americans to be armed and resist law enforcement, has planned a march in Philadelphia following the arrest of alleged South Philly shooter Maurice Hill. He was arrested early this morning after a shootout and standoff that left seven officers injured.

According to their Facebook page, the group opposes harassment, arrests, and incarceration of African-Americans by law enforcement for any reason. They have called for an armed resistance to oppose the oppression they perceive.

Progressive groups are torn. On one hand, the anti-police rhetoric falls right in line with their standard policies. On the other hand, the group is pro-2nd-Amendment. It’s a tough call for those who aren’t sure where to place their loyalties.

Here are some of the recent Facebook posts by the group:

Criminals like Maurice Hill are not who the progressive propagandists want representing them. This group is poised to march, hopefully peacefully, to call for a shooter to be released. It’s telling that the left is silent regarding this group.
