Three ways the left empowers the so-called patriarchy

The days of feminists being a major component of the progressive movement are behind us. It’s not that feminists themselves aren’t participating in the movement. It’s that they’ve been given a different script handed to them by the leaders of the New Democratic Party.
A good chunk of that script is about giving superior rights to members of the LBGTQ community, particularly transgenders. This is something that should be considered anti-feminist, but you see so-called feminists either backing policies that promote transgenderism or quickly correcting themselves when they’re shamed by the community. We see this especially well displayed in Hollywood whenever a starlet insinuates anything about women’s rights. Someone is quick to point out that just because some people don’t have the same biological traits doesn’t mean they’re any less of a woman, and the starlets quickly rebut themselves.
There are three things that would be hilariously contradictory of the original intent of the feminist movement if they weren’t simultaneously so sad. I Tweeted about it.

– Men are having more unprotected sex with women in some states knowing abortions are accessible and easy
– 2 old white guys are dominating the Democratic presidential field

Women’s sports

Actually, I’m not going to expand on this one. If you aren’t already aware that many women’s sports are being taken over by biological males who are now categorized as transgender females, then it’s time to look it up.

Abortions that are accessible and easy

The feminist movement has always maintained a pro-choice stance. That’s not to say all feminists are pro-choice, but the movement itself has supported abortion laws in general. But things have changed. The old notion that women should be able to have abortions when necessary have been replaced by pro-abortion policies that make abortion an on-demand occasion. Women have been encouraged to proudly shout their abortions, as if this is somehow empowering to them and the feminist movement. It is not.
The old notion, once held by feminists, is that abortions should be “legal, safe, and rare.” The new mantra surrounds the normalization of abortions in a way that makes them “accessible, free, and frequent.” When should women be able to have abortions according to the co-opted version of the modern feminist movement? Any time, including after a baby is delivered alive following a failed abortion. What reasons should be necessary to have an abortion? Nothing at all, according to the modern pro-abortion feminists, “and how dare you even ask why you bigot!”
The unfortunate part about this is nothing is more empowering to the so-called patriarchy than reduced responsibility and guilt associated with sex. Unprotected? No worries. She’ll just get an abortion and we’ll part ways until the next need arises.
It’s sad that many feminists don’t realize the motivations of many men who want abortions to be accessible, free, and frequent is to maintain their own sexual freedom.

Candidates

I still stand by the notion that when the dust settles, the Democratic nominee will be either Pete Buttigieg or Elizabeth Warren. But I’m probably wrong. Heck, I thought 2016 would be Bernie versus Cruz, so I’m apparently not very good at this stuff.
But that doesn’t take away from the knee-slapping hilarity surrounding the fact that the Democratic Party, progressive movements, and feminist uprisings have resulted in over half of polled Democrats currently leaning towards one of two old white guys. It really does crack me up. If Joe Biden or Bernie Sanders get the nomination, it will be proof positive that the feminist movement really is just a tool of the Democratic elite establishment which is primarily a patriarchy and only pretends to be intersectionality-minded for the sake of holding onto their own power.
True feminism has always been about equal rights, but that’s not the case with the modern progressive movement. Now, the “patriarchy” they profess to oppose is getting more wins from them every day.
