Three of the dozen or so community leaders who met with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at a Community Board 11 claim they stormed out before the meeting was over due to the freshman Congresswoman’s anti-American rhetoric. But her office claims the three are all lying.
According to Fox News:
AOC’s office denied that anyone stormed out of the meeting.
“The only person that left the meeting while it was underway was someone who had to go pick up their children,” said AOC spokesman Corbin Trent.
Asked about Trent’s comment, Vitaliano said, “That’s bulls–t. Everybody that was there knows I walked out.”
Opinion
The greatest threat to the growing hyper-leftist wing of the Democratic Party is the truth. Their reliance on disinformation and media jamming belies their intentions and muddies their message, but as long as they have the support of mainstream news outlets and the political elite who financially support their efforts, they will continue to gain ground.
The truth is their Kryptonite. That’s why they try so hard to keep it out of the public eye. It would be very damaging to Ocasio-Cortez’s plight to bankrupt America if it was learned a quarter of the leaders in her own Congressional district couldn’t even sit thought a full meeting with her, which is why Corbin Trent lied about it. Whether he did this knowingly or was just a pawn of the Justice Democrats is unknown. Maybe he wasn’t there. Maybe he was just reporting what he was told to report even if doing so painted three distinguished American citizens as outright liars.
It’s becoming increasingly clear that AOC’s celebrity is a manufactured phenomenon, and while it’s very difficult to imagine the hard-left district she’s in could ever vote for a Republican, perhaps a sensible, mature moderate Democrat could unseat her in the primaries. That’s something the Democrats should consider.
Of course, there are still reports floating around that her candidacy itself was manufactured, in which case it’s hard to imagine Democrats being able to defeat the chosen one of the Justice Democrats. 2020 is right around the corner, so we will soon see.

Final Thoughts
Lies, denial, and shared delusion are the favored techniques utilized by the New Democrats, the radical progressive wing of the party. They would rather call veterans liars than admit AOC’s message isn’t universally loved.
